By adding 99% of hope energy to the sharing value of 1% of employees' salaries, we care for the marginalized neighbors in our society and realize a warm and healthy society.
HD Hyundai aims to take the lead in implementing corporate social responsibility with 'loved company contributing to social development' as its management goal. The 1% salary sharing was implemented by Hyundai Oilbank for the first time in 2011 and contributed to the spread of the sharing culture in Korea. We will expand this to all group companies to establish the HD Hyundai 1% Sharing Foundation and create a society where everyone can live together by sharing the pain of underprivileged neighbors around us with donations containing the hearts of executives and employees.
