Doosan Infracore (CEO: Kim Yong-sung) announced on the 10th of the month that it would take part in the 2014 Middle East Electricity Exhibition, the largest energy expo in the Middle East.
The 38th Middle East Electricity Exhibition held in Dubai between 11th and 13th of the month is participated in by more than 1,100 companies from 54 countries across the world operating in the areas of power, electricity generation, power transmission/distribution, water treatment and alternative energy. The biggest energy industry expo in the Middle East is expected to be attended by about 50,000 visitors.
Doosan Infracore will showcase diverse products including two types of DP series (DP086 and DP222, new generator engines), marine generators (L126), compact diesel engines (G2) and gas engines (GV158). On the 12th of the month, it will invite major dealers from more than 20 countries across the world and generator manufactures in the Middle East to its DP series release event. In addition, it will place video advertisements at immigration zones in Dubai International Airport during the exhibition period to publicize new products and improve its brand image.
Lee Hong-gu, head of Doosan Infracore Engine BG, said, "At this exhibition, we will focus on advertising the strengths of our engines in performance, durability and maintenance. We will expand profitability and sales by providing generator/marine/gas engines optimized for each client group that meet emission standards."
