Doosan Infracore China Co. (DICC) ranked first in a survey of customer satisfaction among excavator producers in China conducted by the “Organizing Committee for Customer Satisfaction Survey on Brands in China.” The committee is the most authoritative survey organization in China, which is endorsed by the People’s Daily market information center, the China brand association, and the business council. With the acquisition of this year’s award, Doosan has clinched the top honor in the survey for seven consecutive years since 2003, when the survey was established.

The “Organizing Committee for Customer Satisfaction Survey on Brands in China” conducted a survey of customer satisfaction about major products in China through an open vote and telephone interviews for a year since 2009. The committee singled out DICC as the winner through an assessment by a panel of more than 200 journalists and experts in the final screening. Notably, Doosan’s excavators won 67,202 points in overall assessment, leading second-ranked Komatsu by a large margin of score.
