Doosan Infracore’s latest wheel loader (the DX420LC), at least 10% more fuel efficient than competing models, is now available on the domestic market. In addition to economy, the next-generation machine delivers superior performance, making it an attractive choice for customers in consideration of the high petroleum prices today. The DX420LC is equipped with an electronically-controlled common rail engine and loadsensing hydraulics. Other advanced technologies adopted by the new model include high torque capacity in the low speed range and a variable-speed cooling fan. Special-purpose parts have been upgraded to enhance operational economy still more, while the parts subject to the greatest wear (bucket, pins, bushings) are made of ultra-hard materials. All the structural parts were designed with the help of 3D simulations and two years of field testing. As a result, the durability and reliability of the DX420LC have been assured.
