Nineteen trainees from all five BGs graduated from the second session of the 4-week Performance & Leadership Program (PLP) at the Doosan Leadership Institute on April 10. The ceremony was attended by Pres. Choe Sung-chul, Strategy & Innovation Chief & President Kim Yong-sung, Chief Planning & Coordination Officer/Exec. VP Kang Dae-ryong, Industrial Vehicle BG Chief & Exec. VP Kim Woong-bum, Construction Equipment BG Chief & Sr. VP Cho Bong-ho, Engine & Materials BG Chief & Sr. VP Park Dai-kyung, and Defense Product BG Chief & Sr. VP Um Hang-seok.
  The top managers encouraged the trainees to apply what they have learned to the full and asked them to continue improving themselves, as individual development leads to organizational development. The PLP is part of a company-innovation drive to strengthen organizational competencies.
