Twenty-eight Korean employees in charge of implementing corporate and local strategies at overseas subsidiaries were back in Korea November 15-18 for a special Pride Rebuilding Program.
The attendees discussed the company's vision and their roles as change agents who encourage all employees to work for common goals. The trainees also talked about their roles in overall corporate strategies, management programs at overseas subsidiaries, and building a global management system. The PRP session included tours of facilities at group affiliates Doosan Heavy Industries and Doosan Engine.
