The Ansan Parts Center organized a conference for parts managers working at overseas subsidiaries. The event, which was held October 12-13 in The Doosan Learning Institute and the Ansan Parts Center, was also attended by Export Team, Service Team and R&D Team members from the Construction Equipment and Industrial Vehicle BGs. The participants discussed the performance of the Parts Center in 2006, strategies for achieving the mid-/long-term vision and the timetable for implementing those strategies. Presentations were also held on the parts operation at each overseas subsidiary.

The group examined major tasks carried out by each organizational unit in 2006, and they went over the performance goals for overseas parts operations in the coming year. Also on the agenda was the parts marketing and support program that will be implemented to help each subsidiary reach its respective targets.

Information was exchanged on parts markets for specific global regions, major customers and business environments. The participants also talked about ways to improve the efficiency of the overall parts operation in the future.

The Parts Center holds this parts manager conference at the end of each year and is engaged in ongoing efforts to bring its product support capabilities to the same level as the world's very best.
