Over 100 attendees turned out for the North America Dealer Service Meeting in Las Vegas in October. The Lift Truck Sales & Service Support Department of Doosan Infracore America Forklifts hosted the gathering of service managers from throughout the United States and Canada.

The meeting focused on Doosan's new AC powered electrics as well as Tier III compliant engines that will soon be in all internal combustion forklifts. The session also included updates to and an overall review of product support programs, issues and procedures.

The participants came away very impressed with the new product developments, innovative thinking and extensive corporate resources being applied to Doosan Infracore's expansion and growth in the North American lift truck market. Those in attendance commented on how informative and helpful the meeting was in equipping them with the tools they need to provide excellent after-sales service to the ever-growing Doosan customer base in North America.

According to Bill Pickering, General Manager of Lift Truck Sales & Service Support, "The meeting also proved very valuable for obtaining feedback from our dealer service managers to evaluate how we are doing and find out what additional things we can do to better meet their service support needs and the needs of their customers. A gathering like this also provides a great opportunity for the sharing of insights and ideas among our dealer service personnel."
