PRP Program for China Expats

Forty-two Korean employees who are assigned to work in China took part in the second session of the Pride Rebuilding Program September 14-19. Doosan Infracore aims to cultivate a "second home market" in China, and these expatriates are key players in making the company strategy work. The training program is an opportunity for them to share the corporate vision, discuss their role as change agents to make that vision a reality, and to boost their morale and pride in the company.
The program covered such topics as the Doosan Infracore vision and overall strategy, to include China operations; management of overseas subsidiaries, the expatriates' role in building a global operations system, and the brand migration strategy. The trainees also visited plants operated by group affiliates Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction and Doosan Engine.
