Doosan Infracore Europe S.A. held its third annual service manager workshop, which was attended by people from 14 countries between January 18 and 20. Technical instruction was provided on the hydraulic systems and electronically-controlled engines mounted the Doosan-Daewoo DX excavators and DL loaders introduced into the European market last year. The participants also received data on the company's skid steer loaders, a product line that was transferred from the Industrial Vehicle BG to the Construction Equipment BG. Moreover, case studies of quality improvement at Korean operations were reviewed, and plans were discussed for expediting feedback to the Head Office on quality problems experienced in the field.
