Doosan Infracore Europe organized a training program covering the full range of wheel excavators (DX140W through DX210W) for technicians throughout the continent. The three-day session was held at DIEU's Belgian facility during the first week of September. The theoretical aspects of the program focused on proper testing procedures to obtain results that match the performance sheets, location of maintenance ports, and ideal maintenance intervals. The participants also conducted an in-depth analysis of the electric and hydraulic operation concepts and gained a thorough understanding of the engines.

The trainees spent about half their time in front of either loose components or the complete machines, identifying the locations of all the components in each excavator model. They learned key points concerning the operation of the key components and practiced troubleshooting in the test yard. DIEU President D.W. Lee presented each trainees with a certificate upon the conclusion of the program.
