First PLP Graduation

The first Performance and Leadership Program was officially completed in a February 13 ceremony for 17 trainees from the Construction Equipment and Industrial Vehicle Business Groups. The proceedings were conducted at the Doosan Leadership Institute and attended by Strategy and Innovation Chief & President Kim Yong-sung, Industrial Vehicle BG Chief & Executive Vice President Kim Woong-bum, and Construction Equipment BG Chief & Sr. Vice President Cho Bong-ho.
   Before the graduation ceremony commenced, the trainees were required to present analysis results, achieved by using the problem solving approach methods they learned during the course, of strategic tasks set out for their respective BGs. The senior executives assessed the presenters' communication skills and the quality of their analytical work.
   President Kim asked the trainees to positively pursue all endeavors so as to make the most of the knowledge and skills they acquired from the course. He called on them to "do their best to apply their personal development so that the organization can develop as a whole."
   Doosan Infracore has developed the Performance Leadership Program (PLP) to boost organizational competencies as part of the overall management innovation drive. The program consists of two components: P-Camp, with the focus on strengthening task execution skills, and Leadership Camp (L-Camp).
