The South Gyeongsang Chapter of the Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency presented its KOSHA 18001 certification to Doosan Infracroe in a ceremony at the Changwon plant on January 4. The company has also received OHSAS 18001 certificate from BIS Korea.

Doosan Infracore is providing work skills training to help subcontractors to improve their competitiveness. The company takes its subcontracted suppliers overseas with it and helps them with their exports. The Doosan Infracore Hose Action Team has unified all the hydraulic hoses purchased by all company Business Groups (Construction Equipment, Industrial Vehicles, Machine Tools & Factory Automation, etc.) and found new suppliers that provide high quality at the best price based on the larger transactional scale. After negotiations, with the supplier, the Team has managed to save the company W2 billion a year in overhead costs.
