Doosan Infracore Germany organized two training sessions (August 28 and September 7) for a total of twenty-four application engineers working at national dealers in eleven European countries. The participants studied the high-end Puma MX series milling and turning machines that the company recently put on the market.
  The training was held to boost service engineers' expertise prior to the opening of the new Machine Tool Operation Center this December.
  A Technical Center will be included inside the Operation Center to provide support to dealers in twenty-four countries, including Russia. This new facility will enhance the company's sales engineering capabilities, provide an after-sales parts supply channel and greatly improve technical support services. The end result will be higher customer satisfaction, which ultimately translates into higher sales.
