Twenty-one trainees from all five BGs officially  completed the 3rd session of the Performance  Leadership Program in a ceremony at the  Doosan Leadership Institute on June 5. Also in  attendance were Doosan  Infracore Pres. & CEO Choe  Sung-chul, Pres. & Chief  Strategy & Innovation Officer  Kim Yong-sung, Strategy &  Innovation Exec. VP Kang  Dae-ryong, and the head of  each Business Group.
   The trainees applied the  problem solving techniques  that they learned during the course to analyze  key strategies for their respective BG. At the  graduation ceremony, they gave presentations  on their findings to the panel of senior  executives, who evaluated the appropriateness of  their analysis and whether it can be used the real  world. Thus, the PLP is not just a theoretical  exercise but stresses practical application in the  workplace.
   The top executives encouraged the trainees to  make the best use of what they learned during  the four-week course, approaching all work  issues with passion and a positive attitude. They  also asked the graduates to give their all to link  their personal development with the  improvement of the organization as a whole.
