A reorganization at Doosan Infracore China Corp. went into effect on December 1. To bolster the sales and marketing function, the DICC President is now working out of the branch offices in Beijing and Shanghai, locations better suited for formulating marketing and sales strategies. The after-sales service organization, which previously was part of Administration, has been redeployed in Sales.
In addition, the CFO's office has been separated from Administration and a Credit Management Department has been instituted. The position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) has been newly established, and administrative management functions have been merged with production management functions.
The China Task Force was also formed to improve strategy implementation. The team is responsible for company-wide strategies for China as well as construction equipment strategies.
