HD Hyundai Infracore has delivered its next-generation excavator to its first customer following an exciting global unveiling.


The delivery ceremony took place on Monday, May 19, at its headquarters in Incheon, where one of the next-generation models, a 24-ton class mid-sized Develon excavator (DX240), was handed over to its initial customers.


CEO Oh Seung-hyun and Chief Sales Officer Moon Jae-young of HD Hyundai Infracore, along with representatives from the Korea Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association, attended the event. They celebrated this milestone by presenting commemorative plaques and gold business cards to the first customers, Lee Yong-cheol, President of Cheongrim Environment, and Hwang Eui-byeong, President of Hana Comprehensive Machinery.


As a gesture of appreciation, HD Hyundai Infracore will provide promotional discounts and after-sales support to these initial customers.


The customers appreciated the upgraded interior and exterior designs, the convenience of operating equipment through customization, and the enhanced operational safety provided by cutting-edge smart technology. They expressed gratitude for the high-quality machinery received.


Following the ceremony, HD Hyundai Infracore invited over 20 key clients from the Seoul metropolitan area and Jeonbuk region, along with representatives from its domestic sales branches, to a hands-on event for the next-generation model. Attendees had the chance to test drive the new excavator on-site, experiencing its key features and advanced technology in real-world conditions.


HD Hyundai Infracore CEO Oh Seung-hyun remarked, "Since launching this next-generation model at the 2025 Seoul Mobility Show, we have successfully delivered the equipment to our first customer. With a growing interest and inquiries from international markets, we are dedicated to expanding global sales and enhancing our brand recognition."


In related news, HD Hyundai Construction Equipment is set to deliver the initial unit of its next-generation model at the completion ceremony of its smart factory in Ulsan on Tuesday, the 20th.
